Missed Assignments and Fines

Missing an assignment happens but should be avoided when possible.  Midland Symphony Guild Belles are required to serve a minimum 15 assignments by their Senior Year to fulfill their obligation and be presented at the Midland Symphony Guild Gala. If a Belle signs up for an assignment and does not cancel within 24 hours of their assignment, they will be assessed a fine. Belles are allowed only 3 missed assignments.

1st Missed Assignment – $50 and 1 additional hour of service in addition to the 15 required service hours.

2nd Missed Assignment – $100 and 2 additional hours of service in addition to the 15 required service hours

3rd Missed Assignment – removal from membership

*Other restrictions may apply and are at the discretion of the MSG Board.
