A maximum of two sponsors can co-sponsor Rhapsody and Octet Levels. Quartet level may not be co-sponsored. A sponsor is considered an individual, married couple or company. No multiple family sponsoring (three or more) will be accepted. Co-sponsors must register once under one person and then in the description below, please make note of who the other Co-Sponsor is for the table. Midland Symphony Guild does not accept multiple payments for Co-Sponsored tables online. You may contact the MSG Treasurer if you would like to make multiple payments at midlandsg@yahoo.com
